After a brief period of teasing, Realme has finally taken the veil off its Realme X3 series of smartphones in India. The Realme X3 series consists of the Realme X3 and the Realme X3 SuperZoom smartphones and is finally available for its fans in the country. Both smartphones share a lot of specifications with each other and the primary difference lies in the camera specifications. Nevertheless, we will talk about both of them in detail. Realme X3, Realme X3 SuperZoom: Price in India
Starting with the Realme X3, the device is launched in two memory variants in the country – one with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which is priced at INR 24,999 and one with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which is priced at INR 25,999.
Coming to the Realme X3 SuperZoom, the device is launched in two memory variants in India – one has 8GB of RAM and 128GB onboard storage and is priced at INR 27,999 and the top-of-the-line variant has 12GB of RAM and 256GB internal storage and is priced at INR 32,999.
Both Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom will be up for grabs via Flipkart and realme.com starting June 30, 2020. Pre-bookings for the device have already begun in the country and HDFC Card users can avail 10 percent instant cashback.
Realme X3, Realme X3 SuperZoom: Specifications and features
Starting with the displays of the devices, the Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom feature a 6.6-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD panel with a 2,400 x 1,080 pixel resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display is protected with a 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Both devices measure 163.8×75.8×8.9mm and weigh in at 202 grams.
Under the hood, the Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom smartphones are powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855+ processor, which is paired with up to 8GB of RAM (Realme X3) and up to 12GB of RAM (Realme X3 SuperZoom) and up to 128GB of UFS 3.0 storage (Realme X3) and up to 256GB of UFS 3.0 storage (Realme X3 SuperZoom). On the software side of things, both Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom run the latest Android 10 OS out of the box with the company’s in-house Realme UI baked on top of it. Speaking of the batteries, both Realme X3 and Realme X3 SuperZoom sport a 4,200mAh battery, which has scope for up to 30W Dart Charge fast charging.
For photography, both devices have different cameras – though both feature a quadruple rear camera setup. The Realme X3 sports a 64MP primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide camera with f/2.3 aperture, a 12MP telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom, up to 20x zoom, and a 2MP macro lens. At the front, the Realme X3 features a dual punch-hole selfie camera setup, which includes a 16MP primary lens and an 8MP secondary lens. Speaking of the Realme X3 SuperZoom, the device comes with a 64MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, an 8MP periscopic camera with 5x optical and 60x hybrid zoom, and a 2MP macro sensor.
