Samsung has finally officially confirmed that it will organize its Galaxy Unpacked event 2020 on August 5. The brand is supposedly going to launch its flagship Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 foldable smartphone, and the Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 during the event. Furthermore, there are high chances that Samsung could unveil its brand new TWS during the event, which will allegedly be called the Samsung Galaxy Buds X. While little is known about the Samsung Galaxy Buds X for now, we have spotted a new pair of Samsung earphones on the FCC certification authority website and the Nemko AS certification website, which could very well be the Samsung Galaxy Buds X. The certifications give us some key details surrounding the alleged Samsung Galaxy Buds X. Take a look.
Samsung Galaxy Buds X receive a couple of certifications ahead of launch
As seen in the certification images, the Samsung Galaxy Buds X (with the model number Samsung SM-R180) have recently been certified by the FCC. The FCC certification has revealed that the Samsung Galaxy Buds X will operate between 2402MHz – 2480MHz frequencies. The TWS will measure somewhere around 15m x 26mm x 14mm and will weigh in at just around 5 grams. Furthermore, the AS Nemko certification suggests that the Samsung Galaxy Buds X will feature 5Vdc charging support.
Other than this, the rest of the specifications and features of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Buds X are relatively unknown for now, but we are sure to receive more intel on the same in the coming days.
