The Galaxy M11 and M01 have been in the rumour mill for a very long time and now the devices are going to be announced tomorrow ie 2 June. The devices had been listed on Flipkart earlier ahead of launch but now the listing has been removed. However, most of the specifications of the devices along with their design elements have already leaked out long before so we know what to expect from the devices. Samsung is also going to announce the Galaxy A31 smartphone in the Indian markets soon as well.
Galaxy M01 and M11: Expected price and availability
As per a report by Gadgets360, the Galaxy M01 should be priced starting at Rs 8,999 for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant which is said to be the only configuration for the device. The Galaxy M11 is said to be starting at Rs 10,999 for the 3GB RAM + 32GB storage variant, contrary to popular opinions of the device being priced below the Rs 10,000 mark. The report also specifies that there is going to be also a 4GB RAM + 64GB version which will cost Rs 12,999. As for availability, both devices will go on sale after the launch event.
Galaxy M01: Expected specifications
Previous reports have indicated that the Galaxy M01 will have 5.71-inch HD+ TFT panel. The Snapdragon 439 chipset will power the phone and it will have a 3GB RAM + 32GB storage configuration. Camera-wise the phone has a dual-camera setup and a 5MP selfie shooter on the front and the entire setup is powered by a 4,000mAh battery that has 5W charging speeds.
Galaxy M11: Expected specifications
The Galaxy M11 will have 6.4-inch HD+ TFT display with an Infinity O display. Powering the phone is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 450 chipset and is supported by up to 4GB RAM and 64GB storage. A triple-camera flanks the rear of the phone with a 13MP primary sensor along with a 5MP ultra-wide and 2MP depth sensor. The punch-hole on the front has an 8MP selfie shooter. As far as the battery goes, the phone has a 5,000mAh cell with 15W charging support.
The Galaxy M01 and M11 will not be delivered in containment zones due to the COVID-19 threat in the area.
