शाओमी के फोन में प्री-लोडेड नहीं होंगे प्रतिबंधित चीनी ऐप, कंपनी ला रही ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम MIUI का नया वर्जन

बिक्री के मामले में भारत की सबसे बड़ी चाइनीज स्मार्टफोन निर्माता कंपनी शाओमी अपने MIUI सॉफ्टवेयर का नया वर्जन डवलप कर रही है। चीनी ऐप पर भारतीय प्रतिबंधों का पालन करने के लिए शाओमी इस सॉफ्टवेयर को डवलप कर रही है। शाओमी के इंडिया हेड मनु जैन ने शुक्रवार को एक ट्विटर पोस्ट के जरिए बयान जारी कर यह जानकारी दी है। जैन ने कहा है कि कंपनी चीनी ऐप पर भारतीय प्रतिबंधों का अनुपालन कर रही है।

नए सॉफ्टवेयर में प्री-इंस्टॉल्ड नहीं होंगे प्रतिबंधित चीनी ऐप

मनु जैन ने कहा कि हम स्पष्ट करना चाहते हैं कि भारत सरकार की ओर से बैन किया गया कोई भी चीनी ऐप भारत में लॉन्च किए गए शाओमी फोन्स में अब एक्सेस नहीं हो रहा है। जैन ने कहा है कि हम ऐसा MIUI सॉफ्टवेयर डवलप कर रहे हैं जिसमें कोई भी प्रतिबंधित चीनी ऐप प्री-इंस्टॉल्ड नहीं होगा। MIUI एक ऑपरेटिंग सिस्टम है जिस पर शाओमी के सभी स्मार्टफोन रन करते हैं। यह कंपनी के कारोबारी मॉडल एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा है।

2018 से देश में स्टोर हो रहा है भारतीय यूजर्स का डाटा

मनु जैन ने कहा कि कंपनी 2018 से ही भारतीय यूजर्स का डाटा देश में ही स्टोर कर रही है और आगे भी यह जारी रहेगा। उन्होंने यह भी दावा किया कि कभी भी कोई भी डाटा देश से बाहर शेयर नहीं किया गया है। उन्होंने कहा कि जो लोग कंपनी के ऐप्स और बैन को लेकर गलत सूचना फैला रहे हैं, कंपनी को उनके खिलाफ कानूनी कार्रवाई का अधिकार है।

शाओमी के Mi ब्राउजर पर लग चुका है प्रतिबंध

लद्दाख की गलवान घाटी में सीमा विवाद के बाद भारत सरकार ने चीन की कंपनियों से जुड़े कुल 106 ऐप पर बैन लगा दिया है। इसमें शाओमी का Mi ब्राउजर और Mi कम्युनिटी जैसे ऐप भी शामिल हैं। Mi ब्राउजर पर यूजर्स की जानकारी एकत्र करने के आरोप में बैन लगाया गया है। हालांकि, कंपनी ने इन आरोपों से इनकार किया है। कंपनी भारत में बेचे जाने वाले फोन में प्री-लोडेड ऐप्स देती है। इनमें वीडियो, म्यूजिक प्लेबैक, सिक्योरिटी, वेब ब्राउजिंग और शाओमी के अपने ई-कॉमर्स स्टोर Mi स्टोर का ऐप भी शामिल है।

शाओमी ने सरकार को भेजा जवाब

अन्य प्रतिबंधित ऐप्स की तरह शाओमी ने भी सरकार की ओर से भेजे गए 77 सवालों के जवाब दे दिए हैं। अब कंपनी को सरकार की तरफ से व्यक्तिगत सुनवाई का इंतजार है। भारत सरकार की ओर से जो चीनी ऐप बैन किए गए हैं उनमें बाइटडांस के स्वामित्व वाला टिकटॉक, टैंसेंट का वीचैट, अलीबाबा ग्रुप के यूसी ब्राउजर और यूसी न्यूज प्रमुख हैं।

वर्तमान निवेशकों से फंड इकट्ठा करने की कोशिश

OnePlus devices to get exclusive PUBG Mobile 90fps support

OnePlus recently broke the news surrounding the limited-period PUBG Mobile 90fps support for some of its newly launched devices, which we have mentioned above. One should know that PUBG Mobile has so far limited its gameplay to 60fps across all devices. The 90fps gameplay will be exclusive to the OnePlus devices starting from August 6, 2020 to September 6, 2020. As far as the availability is concerned, the 90fps feature on OnePlus users will be available worldwide, minus Mainland China, Korea, and Japan.

For now, we are not sure as to what effect the 90fps mode will have on the PUBG Mobile game. For instance, the Fortnite 90fps gameplay had a limitation – the display quality decreased to low when in 90fps mode and graphics used to render only when approached within set proximity. We can hope that PUBG Mobile 90fps mode for the OnePlus device would not have such limitations, but we cannot be sure of that for now. Infinix ZERO 8 with MediaTek Helio G90T SoC, 8GB RAM Appears in Google Play Console Listing

Infinix is in the works to launch a new smartphone, dubbed the Infinix ZERO 8. The Infinix ZERO 8 will be a mid-range offering from the brand, considering the specifications and features that it will have. Speaking of, we have spotted the Infinix ZERO 8 on the Google Play Console listing today, which reveals several of its specifications and features. As a matter of fact, an official promotional video for the device has also been made live, which hints at an imminent launch. As seen in the Google Play Console listing, the Infinix ZERO 8 (with the model number Infinix-X687) will feature a MediaTek Helio G90 processor (the teaser video, however, mentions a Helio G90T, so we are more inclined towards believing in the same), which will be paired with a Mali G76 GPU and 8GB of RAM. The display of the device will feature a Full HD+ resolution with 1,080 x 2,460 pixels and a screen density of 480 DPI. ON the software side of things, the Infinix ZERO 8 will boot the latest Android 10 OS out of the box.

Meanwhile, an official teaser for the device (plus the Infinix Zero 8i) has been making rounds on the internet, which showcases the device – front and back. Notably, the Infinix ZERO 8 will feature a dual punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper, which will be located in the top left corner of the device’s display. The selfie camera setup will include a 48MP primary lens and an 8MP wide-angle lens. The device will feature a 90Hz refresh rate and a 180Hz touch sampling rate display.

Moving around the rear of the device, the Infinix ZERO 8 will feature a 64MP quadruple rear camera setup, which will be encased within a prism-like module. The device will feature fast charging support over a USB Type-C charging port. Below is the teaser video for your reference:

iQOO 5 Pro with 120W Fast Charging Support Gets 3C Certification Ahead of Official Launch

iQOO is gearing up for the launch of its iQOO 5 series of smartphones in China. The devices will launch in the country on August 17, 2020. The company has already confirmed that the iQOO 5 series will consist of a smartphone with a whopping 120W fast charging support. We have reasons to believe that the iQOO 5 lineup might consist of a pro variant and the iQOO 5 Pro will be the world’s first commercially available smartphone to feature a 120W fast charging support. Today, we have spotted a new iQOO smartphone model on the Chinese 3C certification authority website, which could very well be the iQOO 5 Pro. As seen in the certification authority website screenshot, the alleged iQOO 5 Pro (with the model number V2025A) will sport 120W fast charging (20Vdc, 6A Max) and will be a 5G handset. Other than the fast charging capability and the 5G support, the 3C certification image fails to tell us anything else about the iQOO 5 Pro. However, we already know that the iQOO 5 Pro will feature an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G processor, UFS3.1 storage, and LPDDR5 RAM.

The display of the device is said to be a curved AMOLED panel with a high 120Hz refresh rate. The device will feature a single punch-hole selfie camera, which will be located in the top left corner of the device’s display.

Alongside the iQOO 5 Pro, the brand is also expected to launch the standard iQOO 5, which will reportedly feature 55W fast charging. We have also spotted another iQOO smartphone on the same certification website, which could very well be the iQOO 5 (model number V2024A with 55W fast charging support).
