लग्जरी कार बनाने वाली कंपनी बुगाटी ने लंदन की लिटिल कार कंपनी के साथ मिलकर बच्चों के लिए मिनी इलेक्ट्रिक बुगाटी तैयार की है। कंपनी ने इसे बुगाटी बेबी II नाम दिया है और इसकी शुरुआती कीमत 35 हजार डॉलर (यानी लगभग 26 लाख रुपए) है। दुनियाभर में इसके सिर्फ 500 मॉडल ही बेचे जाएंगे। इसे 1926 में बनाई गई बुगाटी बेबी का मॉडर्न अवतार भी कहा जा रहा है।
मूल रूप से, कंपनी ने कारों को 2019 जिनेवा मोटर शो में पेश करने के बाद इनकी ब्रिकी शुरू करने की योजना बनाई थी, लेकिन महामारी के कारण ग्राहकों ने अपना मन बदल लिया। बुगाटी में शुक्रवार को आधिकारिक तौर पर इसकी घोषणा की, गौर करने वाली बात यह है कि अब इसके कुछ ही यूनिट्स उपलब्ध हैं।

• हालांकि इसके Vitesse और Pur Sang वैरिएंट में ज्यादा रफ्तार मिलती है। इनकी वैरिएंट की कीमत क्रमशः $50000 (लगभग 37.37 लाख रुपए) और $68000 (लगभग 50 लाख रुपए) है, दोनों ही स्पीड-की के साथ आते हैं। बुगाटी चिरोन सुपरकार के साथ, स्पीड-की छोटी कारों की पूर्ण प्रदर्शन क्षमता को अनलॉक करता है।

सरकार ने अब पहले से बैन 59 चीनी ऐप्स के 47 क्लोन बैन किए; क्या पबजी समेत 275 अन्य ऐप्स पर भी प्रतिबंध लगेगा?

केंद्र सरकार ने 29 जून को 59 चीनी ऐप्स को भारत में प्रतिबंधित किया था। सोमवार को उनके 47 क्लोन ऐप्स को भी प्रतिबंधित कर दिया है। इन्हें मिलाकर अब तक 106 चीनी ऐप्स पर बैन लग चुका है। अब कहा जा रहा है कि पबजी, अली एक्सप्रेस समेत 275 ऐप्स पर नजर रखी जा रही है। इन पर भी बैन लगाया जा सकता है। अब सवाल उठता है कि यह क्लोन ऐप क्या होता है? किस तरह यह ऐप भारत के लिए खतरा बन रहे थे?

सरकार का फैसला क्या है और क्यों?

• इंफर्मेशन और टेक्नोलॉजी मंत्रालय ने 24 जुलाई को 47 ऐप्स पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया। यह 29 जून को बैन किए गए 59 चीनी ऐप्स के क्लोन हैं।
• इन ऐप्स को बैन करने की इकलौती वजह बताई जा रही है, इन ऐप्स के ‘ऑपरेशनल एथिक्स’। इसी के चलते इन ऐप्स पर नजर रखी जा रही थी।
• ‘ऑपरेशनल एथिक्स’ का मतलब यह है कि यह ऐप्स यूजर डेटा को चीन की खुफिया एजेंसियों तक पहुंचा रहे थे। इससे देश की राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा को खतरा है।
• चीनी कानून के तहत चीनी मूल की कंपनियां खुफिया एजेंसियों से यूजर डेटा शेयर करती है। फिर भले ही उनके ऑपरेशन देश से बाहर क्यों न हो।
• इसी को आधार बनाकर भारत ने 29 जून को टिकटॉक, शेयरइट, यूसी ब्राउजर और कैमस्कैनर जैसे 59 लोकप्रिय ऐप्स को बैन कर दिया था।
• यह बैन ऐसे समय हुआ, जब भारत-चीन सीमा पर स्थित गलवान घाटी में हुई हिंसक झड़प हुई थी और उसमें 15 जून को 20 भारतीय जवान शहीद हुए थे।
• आईटी एक्ट के सेक्शन 69ए के तहत इन ऐप्स को बैन किया गया है। इनमें कुछ ऐप्स देश में सबसे ज्यादा डाउनलोड किए गए ऐप्स में शामिल थे।

47 क्लोन ऐप्स पर बैन क्यों? पहले क्यों नहीं किया इन्हें बैन?

• जिन 47 क्लोन ऐप्स को बैन किया गया है, उनमें टिकटॉक लाइट, हेलो लाइट, शेयरइट लाइट, बिगो लाइट और वीएफवाय लाइट शामिल हैं।
• जब सरकार ने पिछले महीने 59 ऐप्स बैन किए तो उनके क्लोन यानी उनके जैसे फीचर वाले ऐप्स का डाउनलोड बढ़ गया। यह सरकार की नजर में आया।
• टिकटॉक, शेयरइट और कैमस्कैनर से मिलते-जुलते कुछ ऐप्स तो गूगल के प्ले स्टोर के टॉप 10 डाउनलोडेड ऐप्स की सूची में शामिल हो गए।
• इसी को आधार बनाकर तफ्तीश की गई और नजर रखी गई तो पता चला कि यह 47 चीनी क्लोन ऐप्स भी डेटा चीन की खुफिया एजेंसियों तक पहुंचा रहे हैं।

अब पबजी पर बैन की बात क्यों हो रही है?

• पबजी अकेले पर बैन की बात नहीं है। सूत्रों का कहना है कि सरकार प्लेयर अननोन्स बैटलग्राउंड (पबजी) समेत 275 ऐप्स पर नजर रख रही है।
• पबजी भारत समेत कई देशों में सबसे लोकप्रिय मोबाइल गेम्स में से एक है। सिर्फ भारत में इस ऐप के 175 मिलियन डाउनलोड हो चुके हैं।
• पबजी को दक्षिण कोरियाई वीडियो गेम कंपनी ब्लूहोल ने डेवलप किया है। हालांकि, चीनी मल्टीनेशनल कंपनी टेन्सेंट की इसमें िहस्सेदारी है।
• पबजी इससे पहले भी निशाने पर रहा है। कई बच्चों में इसकी लत से उनके माता-पिता परेशान हैं। कुछ राज्यों ने तो इसे अस्थायी तौर पर बैन भी किया था।
• पबजी ने इसके बाद आश्वस्त किया था कि पैरेंट्स, एजुकेटर्स और सरकारी संगठनों से राय लेकर सुरक्षित इकोसिस्टम बनाएगा।

पबजी के अलावा लिस्ट में और कौन-कौन है?

• 275 ऐप्स की लिस्ट में पबजी के अलावा शाओमी का जिली, अलीबाबा ग्रुप का अलीएक्सप्रेस, रेसो और बाइटडांस का यूलाइक ऐप भी शामिल है।
• डेटा शेयरिंग और प्राइवेसी की चिंताओं के चलते इन ऐप्स को रेड-फ्लैग किया गया है। हालांकि, अब तक इन्हें बैन करने पर कोई फैसला नहीं हुआ है।
• शाओमी के 14 ऐप्स, कुछ कम लोकप्रिय ऐप्स -कैपकट, फेसयू, मीटू, एलबीई टेक, परफेक्ट कॉर्प, नेटइज गेम्स और यूजू ग्लोबल इस लिस्ट में है।
• लिस्ट में हेलसिंकी बेस्ड सुपरसेल भी शामिल है जिसमें चीनी टेक कंपनियों का पैसा लगा है। सिना कॉर्प भी एक ऐसा ही ऐप है।

ऐप चीन का नहीं है तो भी बैन क्यों?

• नेशनल साइबर सिक्योरिटी कोऑर्डिनेटर राजेश पंत के अनुसार, कंपनी भले ही सिंगापुर की हो। उसका सर्वर चीन में है, और चीन डेटा कलेक्ट कर रहा है।
• जिन ऐप्स या टेक कंपनियों में चीन की मूल कंपनियों का पैसा लगा है, उससे खतरा है। कंपनियां चीनी होने से उन्हें सरकार से डेटा शेयर करना मजबूरी है।
• सरकार ने इन ऐप्स को बैन करने की प्रक्रिया निर्धारित की है। संबंधित मंत्रालय को भारत में ऐप्स की निरंतर जांच के लिए एक कानून बनाने को कहा गया है।
• इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स और इंफर्मेशन टेक्नोलॉजी मंत्रालय के एक अधिकारी का दावा है कि इस तरह के बैन जारी करने के लिए एक कमेटी बनाई गई है।

क्या विदेशों में भारत की तर्ज पर बैन हो रहे हैं चीनी ऐप?

• जे सागर एसोसिएट्स के पार्टनर सजय सिंह का कहना है कि वैश्विक स्तर पर कई देशों में अपने नागरिकों के डेटा की सुरक्षा को लेकर यह ट्रैंड दिख रहा है।
• 2022 में भारत में स्मार्टफोन यूजर्स की संख्या 44 करोड़ के पार हो जाएगी। ऐसे में भारत सरकार ने अपने नागरिकों के डाटा की सुरक्षा की पहचान की है।
• चीन में टेलीकॉम, ओटीटी समेत कई बड़ी कंपनियां सरकार के साथ लिंक हैं। इसी वजह से डेटा सिक्योरिटी के मुद्दे पर चीनी कंपनियों का विरोध हो रहा है।
• अमेरिका के साथ-साथ ऑस्ट्रेलिया और अन्य देशों में भी चीनी ऐप्स से डेटा चोरी की शिकायतों के बाद कार्रवाई की मांग तेज हो रही है। हालांकि, अब तक किसी ने भारत की तर्ज पर किसी ऐप पर बैन नहीं लगाया है।

आखिर ऐप क्लोन क्या होता है?

• ऐप क्लोन का मतलब होता है किसी अन्य वेबसाइट या ऐप थीम को आधार बनाकर उसकी डिजाइन और कंसेप्ट को कॉपी कर नया ऐप बनाना।
• लेकिन क्लोनिंग का मतलब यह नहीं है कि ओरिजिनल जैसा बना लेना, बल्कि उसका आइडिया लेकर यूनिक फीचर उसमें जोड़कर नया बनाना है।
• ऐप क्लोनिंग बहुत लोकप्रिय है और कई ऐप डेवलपमेंट कंपनियां ऐसा कर रही हैं। उबर, ओला, लिफ्ट आदि लोकप्रिय ऐप्स की हूबहू नकल तैयार हो चुकी है।
• किसी भी ऐप को नए सिरे से डिजाइन करने में वक्त और इन्वेस्टमेंट लगता है। इससे बचने के लिए नई कंपनियां अक्सर पुराने ऐप के क्लोन बना देती हैं।
• हकीकत तो यह है कि फेसबुक जैसे सफल ऐप भी किसी न किसी ऐप की कॉपी ही है। लेकिन उनके यूनिक फीचर उन्हें सफल बना देते हैं।

क्या ऐप की क्लोनिंग कानूनन वैध है?

• हां। जब तक कि कोई ऐप डिजाइनर मौजूदा बिजनेस के आईपी, कॉपीराइट, पेटेंट और ट्रेडमार्क का उल्लंघन नहीं करता, तब तक यह यह कानूनन वैध है।
• दरअसल, क्लोनिंग और ऐप क्लोनिंग अलग-अलग है। समझना होगा कि पूरे ऐप की कॉपी नहीं हो रही बल्कि सिर्फ आइडिया चुराया जा रहा है।
• रेडीमेड क्लोन स्क्रिप्ट को कस्टमाइज कर नया ऐप तैयार किया जा सकता है। इससे डेवलपमेंट का वक्त बचता है। साथ ही खर्च भी कम हो जाता है।

क्या यह चीन के खिलाफ भारतीय कार्रवाई है?

• बिल्कुल। पिछले हफ्ते भारत ने जनरल फाइनेंशियल रूल्स 2017 बदले थे। चीनी कंपनियों के लिए भारत में टेंडरिंग प्रक्रिया में भाग लेना मुश्किल बनाया है।
• इस आदेश में कहा गया है कि भारत से सीमा साझा करने वाले देश के वेंडर्स टेंडर में तभी भाग ले सकते हैं जब उन्होंने सक्षम प्राधिकारी के पास रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया हो।
• रजिस्ट्रेशन के लिए डिपार्टमेंट फॉर प्रमोशन ऑफ इंडस्ट्री एंड इंटरनल ट्रेड (डीपीआईआईटी) ने कमेटी बनाई है। विदेश और गृह मंत्रालय से सिक्योरिटी क्लीयरेंस भी इसके लिए जरूरी है।

कोरोना संकट में Google ने अपने कर्मचारियों को दी बड़ी राहत, 2021 तक घर से काम करने का दिया ऑप्शन

दिग्गज टेक कंपनी गूगल के कर्मचारी अब 2021 तक घर से काम कर सकेंगे। इससे पहले कंपनी ने अपने कर्मचारियों को दिसंबर' 2020 तक घर से काम करने की अनुमति दी थी। इसे अब बढ़ाकर जुलाई 2021 कर दिया गया है। कंपनी ने यह फैसला दुनियाभर में कोरोनावायरस महामारी के बढ़ते मामले को देखते हुए लिया है।

कंपनी ने कर्मचारियों को ईमेल भेज कर दी जानकारी

द वाॅल जर्नल की खबर के मुताबिक, गूगल के सीईओ सुंदर पिचाई ने पिछले सप्ताह यह निर्णय लिया है। कंपनी की तरफ से कर्मचारियों के लिए एक ईमेल भेजा गया है। इसमें सुंदर पिचाई ने कहा है कि अब हमारे कर्मचारियों के पास स्वैच्छिक तौर पर 30 जून, 2021 तक घर से काम करने का विकल्प रहेगा। गूगल के करीबन सभी 2 लाख कर्मचारी और कांट्रेक्टर्स वैश्विक स्तर पर घर से काम करने के विकल्प को बढ़ता हुआ देख रहे हैं। यह विकल्प अगले साल जुलाई तक जारी रह सकता है।

अन्य दिग्गज कंपनियां भी कर्मचारियों को दी है राहत

बता दें कि दिग्गज टेक कंपनी फेसबुक अपने अधिकतर कर्मचारियों को इस साल के अंत तक वर्क फ्राॅम होम यानी घर से काम करने की इजाजत दी है। इस बीच ट्विटर ने कहा है कि यह सभी कर्मचारियों को अनिश्चित काल तक घर से काम करने की अनुमति देगा। दिग्गज ई-काॅमर्स कंपनी अमेजन ने अपने कर्मचारियों को इस साल अक्टूबर तक घर से काम करने की सलाह दी है।
देश की दूसरी सबसे बड़ी सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी (आईटी) कंपनी इंफोसिस के अब 33 फीसदी कर्मचारी हमेशा के लिए घर से काम कर सकेंगे। वैश्विक स्तर पर कंपनी में कुल 2 लाख 42 हजार 371 कर्मचारी काम करते हैं। इनमें से अब 80 हजार कर्मचारियों को परमानेंट घर से काम करने की छूट दे दी गई है।

कोरोना के कारण 55% लोगों ने खुद का वाहन खरीदने का इरादा बनाया, 54% लोग सेकंड हैंड कार खरीदने के पक्ष में

कोरोना महामारी और उसके बाद लगे देशव्यापी लॉकडाउन ने साल की शुरुआत में ही पूरी भारतीय ऑटोमोटिव इंडस्ट्री को संकट में डाल दिया था। हालांकि अब सेक्टर में धीरे-धीरे दोबारा रिकवरी हो रही है क्योंकि अर्थव्यवस्था को धीरे-धीरे दोबारा खोला दिया गया है। पिछले दो महीनों में वाहन निर्माताओं ने भी बिक्री में काफी अच्छी वृद्धि दर्ज की लेकिन सेकंड हैंड कारों की तरफ भी लोगों का रूझान बढ़ता दिखाई दे रहा है। ओएलएक्स के सर्वे में कोरोना के कारण बढ़ती सेकंड हैंड कार इंडस्ट्री के बारे में कुछ महत्वपूर्ण जानकारी सामने आईं...

सेकंड हैंड कार की मांग तेजी से बढ़ रही है

• ओएलएक्स ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में बताया कि जुलाई की शुरुआत तक यूज्ड कारों की मांग में 25 प्रतिशत की बढ़ोतरी दर्ज की है, यह फरवरी की तुलना में काफी ज्यादा है जब कोविड-19 के प्रभावों को पूरी तरह से महसूस नहीं किया गया था। सेकंड हैंड कार इंडस्ट्री पहले से ही वॉल्यूम के मामले में नई कार बाजार के लगभग एक तिहाई से अधिक है और भविष्य में इसके बढ़ने की उम्मीद है।
• ओएलएक्स की स्टडी में मार्च-जून 2020 के महीनों में इकट्ठा की गई 3,800 लोगों की प्रतिक्रियाएं शामिल हैं, इसके अलावा इसके डिजिटल प्लेटफॉर्म पर 4,50,000 खरीदारों और विक्रेताओं से मिले इनपुट भी लिए गए हैं।
• स्टडी में सामने आया कि सर्वे में शामिल 56 प्रतिशत लोग अभी भी अगले 3-6 महीनों में कार खरीदने की योजना बना रहे हैं, हालांकि उनमें से 1/5th लोगों का झुकाव फाइनेंशियल स्ट्रेस के कारण नई की जगह यूज्ड कारों की तरफ बढ़ गया है। इनमें से 54 प्रतिशत इक्छुक कार खरीदार सेकंड हैंड कार बाजार में घूमने की योजना बना रहे हैं।

नई कार की कीमतें बढ़ी, लेकिन कार खरीदने का बजट कम हुआ

• पिछले कुछ महीनों में नए एमिशन और सेफ्टी नियमों लागू होने के कारण नई कारों की कीमतों में बढ़ोतरी देखने को मिली है, इसी कारण यूज्ड कार अधिक वैल्यू-फोर-मनी बन गई हैं। नई कारों की कीमत में बढ़ोतरी का प्रभाव बड़े स्तर पर देखने को मिला है। जिस कारण यूज्ड कार सेगमेंट की ओर खरीदारों को रूझान बढ़ रहा है।
• सर्वे में शामिल, 72 प्रतिशत लोगों ने कार खरीदने के लिए अपना बजट कम कर लिया है। यूज्ड कार खरीदने के इक्छुक ग्राहक में से आधे अब लगभग 3 लाख रुपए कीमत तक के पैसेंजर व्हीकल तलाश रहे हैं, जबकी लगभग 40 प्रतिशत नई कार के खरीदारों ने भी यही बजट बना रखा है। बता दें, कि वर्तमान में देश में सबसे सस्ती नई कार डैटसन रेडिगो 0.8D है, जिसकी दिल्ली-एक्स शोरूम कीमत 2.83 लाख रुपए है।

55% लोगों खुद का वाहन खरीदने का इरादा बनाया

• पब्लिक ट्रांसपोर्ट और शेयर्ड मोबिलिटी इस समय काफी संकट में है, कोरोनावायरस के बढ़ते प्रभाव को कम करने के लिए सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग बनाए रखने की जरूरत है और इसी कारण लोग का खुद के वाहन के प्रति रूझान बढ़ा है।
• सर्वे में शामिल 55 प्रतिशत लोगों ने हाल ही में कोविड-19 के कारण खुद के लिए पर्सनल पैसेंजर व्हीकल खरीदने का इरादा बनाया, जबकि कोविड-19 से पहले सिर्फ 48 प्रतिशत लोग ही पर्सनल व्हीकल खरीदना चाह रहे थे।
• कोरोनावायरस के प्रकोप ने ऑटोमोटिव इंडस्ट्री को गहरा झटका दिया है। हालांकि रिकवरी हो रही है लेकिन रास्ता थोड़ा लंबा और कठिन है और इसका फायदा उठाने के लिए पहले से यूज्ड कार बाजार अच्छी तरह से तैयार है।
